Surabaya state University (UNESA) Held Seminar Through Zoom System
To day Tuesday, October 5, 2021, Surabaya State University held a Seminar through the Zoom system which was attended by 400 participants from all over Indonesia. This prestigious seminar was opened by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Bambang Yulianto MPd represented the Rector who had other events off campus.
Zoom Business Development Seminar in the level of village, mainly using digital technology that is growing had attracted many participants. The seminar was attended by The Minister of Tourism and Creative Industries Dr. H. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno BBA, MBA that gives encouragement to the participants the importance of the development of creative industries in the village. His relaxed style is very appropriate for young people who listened to the presentation of the Minister easy to understand and first improve the spirit of the younger generation to take part in business by utilizing the digital system that is growing today.
Previously, while waiting for his arrival of the Minister, Prof. Dr. Haryono Suyono as the first panelist to fill the time with his presentation of industrial experience and creative demonstrations in the village in the form of Bumdes and small businesses in the time of the development of Posdaya produced by KKN Students through students acitivity in the Village. It is explained that in the devolepment of bumdes environment business that is developed ranging from goat keepers to the development of retail businesses such as malls in major cities. There is also busnisses like sewing that serve the large size ready to take orders masks in large number with workers reaching more than 75 people. One of strtegies is that the salaries are not given as monthly salaries to avoid workers to borrow money or loans from land leeches in the village. It is necessary to set daily wages, supported by the rest of salary paid as monthly wages to be free from land leeches for daily purposes. Prof. Dr. Haryono Suyono, learn from extensive experience in small business in the village also reveals the experience for more safty life of the people.
The next panel was the Dean of the Faculty of Econpomy and Business of Diponegoro University, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo , who describes complete data on the economic development of the world and the role of micro-businesses, in the city and village level. The picture he conveyed taught a lesson how difficult to invite the community to develop a deconomics business that requires sensitivity and high spirit of sustainability.
The next presenter was Mrs. Utari Octavianty, Co-founder of Aruna.id a practicus engaged in fisheries and marine with a digital system that is edging forward and out of her "kindergarten" busniss so her presentation needs to belistened, especially all their successes and failures that have been experienced. One of the recommendations that need to be considered is the production orientation of the bisness developed "not the type of production produced alone" to be undertaken by the manufacturer but the market demand for a product that well demaded. The type of goods is "easy to sell, demanded by buyers and high profit", an advice for business beginners that will encourage sustainability that in the long run can add new product creations that are increasingly in demand by the market and make a big profit.
This morning's seminar went smoothly because unesa's crackers were already adept at using the Zoom system with "flexible" events. They did not let the computer screens of nearly 400 participants with high discipline to keep following the Host, Mr. Hujajatulah Fazlurahman SE, MBA.
